So I am loving what an easy read this is. It started off all supsensful - interesting with the whole warehouse and then she got injured - but hello, a crappy part of town where a rape took place, yeah I wouldn't go there alone!! Then it switched gears and went to her brother hooking up with the neighbor slut oh I mean lady - I think she drugged him and then who the heck knows! I am asuming someone was there to kill her or found them together and was jealous - looking forward to the next 10!!!
Great read - it moves very quickly. It was just stupid for Martha to go in there alone. Pissed me off.. Yeah - that whole business with Alisha (I think that's her name...)was so fishy from the moment she came into the novel... The whole time I was just yelling at him to get the hell out of her house! Lots of yelling at the characters thus far. I do not like how he calls his sister Babe. Really bothers me. The relationship with his Dad sucks, can't imagin.
Great book quick read. I too thought it was pretty stupid of Martha to go into the warehouse alone. Why didn't she call 911 when Sam didn't show up? And Ashleigh was pretty suspicious, I suppose he was too distracted to notice anything. At first I didn't realize he was being drugged, I thought maybe he was going mental or something and maybe hAd something to do with the other rapes, but then I realized he wasn't three when they happened.
